We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange any item in its original, unused condition and packaging with your proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt or issue a store credit for the current value of that item.
If you need to return an item delivered, contact us to determine the reason and to get a return authorization. Delivery charges however are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect with any of our products, please contact us to arrange the repair or replacement of this product. Kindly note that this excludes defects resulting from use outside of normal conditions.
Our policy is to issue a refund for qualifying merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 90 days of your shipment confirmation date. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
How to Return
Need to make a return? No problem.
Simply contact us at email@example.com or call our business centre at 612-3617. Please list your name, address, contact information, the order number, the item(s) you wish to return along with the reason for the return. Someone will get in touch with you to facilitate this transaction. We will issue a refund, less delivery charges accordingly.
No refunds will be given for returned Final Sale or Clearance items.
Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
Credit for the merchandise returned less the delivery fee will be credited back accordingly.
Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Upon completion of the return, you will be notified.
To exchange an item for a new size or color you must return the original item and place a new order. We suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure that item is in stock.
Incorrect Item, Color or Size
If we shipped you the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Personnel at either firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return. Before you call, please have your order number available and be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.
