Shipping Methods

We offer a door to door delivery service through TTPost Couriers. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping costs and times will be attached. For orders $1,000 and above, we will waive the delivery cost.

We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To ensure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed, and your payment must be authorized before 12p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders of $1,000 or more. To qualify for free shipping, the sub-total must be $1,000 or more after all discounts are applied. Sub-total does not include tax or shipping fees. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped in Trinidad & Tobago.

Packing and Shipping

When possible all items to the selected shipping addressee will be packaged together. Depending on the size of the item and number of units, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes.

Item Availability

Generally, items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message.

Calculating Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time

Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse (usually takes 1 to 2 business days).

Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help inform you when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, and the final shipping destination.

Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation.

Deliveries within network will be done by the next business day. Within the network constitutes major Towns/Cities ; Central, POS, up to La Romain in South, Arima in the East and Chaguaramas in the West.

All other deliveries out of network will be within 1-2 business days.

All deliveries to remote areas (eg Valencia, Mayaro) will be done by the transport network and will be within 2 business days up to a maximum of 3 business days.

Tobago deliveries are done within 2 business days.

Upon receipt of item(s), a signature is required.
